ANS Utility Working Conference, August 2006, "Benefits of OE in Your Root Cause Analysis." While most systems require mechanically copying Operating Experience into a root cause report, few people really gain the benefits of its use. Strategic Thinking and Business Planning

"How do we improve our bottom line in 2006?" "I have a great product / service, why am I just getting by?"

 Great program for small and medium size business owners and entrepreneurs starting a new business.

Classes are now forming in the Bloomsburg area for a Strategic Thinking / Business Planning workshop, tentatively beginning the week of September 10,2007. We are targeting Thursday evenings (6:30-8:30pm), but can accommodate other nights. Learn how to identify business critical activities, set goals, determine your company’s strengths and limitations, and plan for success! The workshop culminates in development of your own Strategic Business Plan! Seating is limited for this highly interactive, personalized program. The workshop meets for 2 hours each week for 8 total weeks (we will break for Christmas). How much of an investment is the future of your company worth?
